What counts as a session?
One agent session is one completed run of a user's goal — however many agents, tools or hand-offs it takes inside it. A nine-step multi-agent flow costs the same as a one-step flow if it completes the same goal, because you're paying for the outcome, not the orchestration.
- A session closes when the flow finishes, is abandoned, or after 30 minutes of no activity — time spent waiting on a human approval doesn't count against that clock.
- Active runtime is capped at 4 hours per session on Team; Enterprise can raise or drop that ceiling per contract.
- LLM and tool costs are billed separately from the platform fee, at provider cost, itemised per session — no markup. Bring your own model keys on Enterprise to remove pass-through billing entirely.

What's the difference between Agent Studio and Mesh?
Agent Studio is the build-and-test sandbox — complexity-capped (tools and sub-agents per flow), with no production triggers and no persistent data store. Mesh is the production runtime: unlimited complexity, persistent memory, guardrails on every model call, and billing by completed session.
Do you charge extra for LLM usage?
LLM and tool costs are billed separately from the platform fee, at provider cost, itemised per session so you always see exactly what a run cost. Enterprise plans can bring their own API keys to remove pass-through billing entirely.
What happens if we go over our included sessions?
Extra sessions are billed at your plan's overage rate — $0.08 per session on Team. Moving to Enterprise lowers the per-session rate as your volume grows.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — switch the toggle at the top of this page. Starter drops to $15/mo and Team to $165/mo when billed annually.
Can we deploy on our own infrastructure?
Yes, on Enterprise — cloud, VPC or fully on-premise, with India data residency options.
